Geographical availability

The Sidecar Shop is available in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland and Andorra.

Sending Costs

The sending cost will be incurred for each order. The shipment charges depend on the reception country. Under no circumstances order for area subject to customs duty can be shipped. All prices exclude VAT.

- Sending to Spain (Mainland and the Balearic Islands):
Shipments will be shipped with the company DHL. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package, and can be checked once the items are in the Shopping Cart. The minimum price (package up to 2 kg) is 4,95€.

- Other destinations:

Shipments will be shipped with the company UPS. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package, and can be checked once the items are in the Shopping Cart. The minimum price (package up to 2 kg) is 9,95€.

Delivery

The orders are delivered normally within 48 hours if the destination is Mainland Spain and between 3 and 5 calendar days for the Balearic Islands and other countries than Spain. While the delivery deadlines are often met, Fusco & Co. cannot guarantee timeliness, as the time limit is indicative.

The deliveries are made from Monday to Tuesday on office hours. Deliveries cannot be on weekends nor national as well local holidays. The orders can only be delivered in private homes or offices.

To facilitate the delivery, the Customers are invited to use its work addresses or other addresses where someone is available to receive the package.

Verification in the reception

The Customer must check the package’s condition on receipt it.  If the packaging is damaged, the Customer have to refuse the delivery.

In case of the good received doesn’t correspond to the good ordered, a time limit of 48 hours will be provide from the reception of the package to communicate it to Fusco & Co. S.L, and to proceed to its return, until 10 days after the communication of the courier company to use by Fusco & Co. S.L. If any of these conditions is not fulfilled, Fusco & Co. will assume that it’s accepted.
